This policy explains how Standbrook, registered in England and Wales ("Standbrook"), collects and uses your personal data when you shop at standbrook.com. We are the data controller and comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

- Order and delivery data: your name, delivery address, email and phone, so we can fulfil and ship your order.
- Payment confirmation: card payments are processed by Viva.com. We never see or store your full card number, only a confirmation that payment succeeded and a reference.
- Usage data: basic, aggregated analytics to keep the site working. We do not build advertising profiles.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and refunds, provide support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests (running and securing the shop) and legal obligation (tax records).
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run our business: our payment processor (Viva.com) and our delivery carriers (so they can ship your parcel), each bound by their own data protection terms. We never sell your data.
Retention
We keep order and tax records for as long as required by UK law (generally six years). Support messages are kept only as long as needed.
