Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Standbrook, registered in England and Wales ("Standbrook", "we", "us"), for the purchase of our products from standbrook.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

We sell physical skincare and cosmetic products. Each product page describes the item and shows the price in USD. The price shown is the price you pay; delivery is shown separately at checkout, with no hidden fees.

Orders

When you place an order we send an order confirmation. A contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error), in which case we refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Viva.com. We do not see or store your full card details. All prices are in USD and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered in our Delivery Policy and returns in our Returns and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Use of products

Our products are cosmetics for external use. Please read the label and patch test if you have sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, stop use. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
