Delivery Policy
At a glance
- UK delivery: USD 3.95, or FREE on orders over USD 30.
- Dispatch: within 48 hours from our UK studio.
- UK arrival: 7 to 8 working days, tracked and signed.
- International: available, 5 to 12 working days (duties may apply).
- Tracking: a tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel ships.
When we dispatch
We pack orders by hand at our studio in Manchester, Greater Manchester. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.
UK delivery
UK orders are sent on a tracked and signed service via Royal Mail or a tracked courier. Standard UK delivery is USD 3.95, and it is free on orders over USD 30. Most UK parcels arrive within 7 to 8 working days.
International delivery
We ship to most countries. International delivery is calculated at checkout and usually takes 5 to 12 working days depending on the destination. Any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door. If your tracking has not updated within 5 working days of dispatch, please email info@standbrook.com and we will help straight away.
Delays
Very occasionally a parcel is delayed in transit by the carrier. If your order has not arrived within 12 working days of dispatch (UK) please contact us and we will investigate or resend.
